Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all business activity between RAINBOWJUMP Lda. (referred as "us/we") and the customer (referred as "you"). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.zipzshoes.pt By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but just a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the button "Go to checkout" you are placing a binding order of products that are placed in your shopping cart. The confirmation of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract is generally concluded with delivery of the goods.

Register / Login
Before being able to shop on our website you will be asked to register and provide your personal details like real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Your customer profile can be easy updated should any of your registration information change. Your username on www.zipzshoes.pt will always be the email address you entered when registering. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. Do notify us immediately by any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT) and make still changes if needed. Your order has been submitted once your payment method has been confirmed by clicking the "confirm order" button on the website.

Payment towards online store purchases can be made with a valid PayPal account or with a direct online bank deposit.

Order confirmation
You will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen at the end of the checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from RAINBOWJUMP Lda.

Changes to your placed order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation by email, you may not make any changes to your order. But however if you wish to make changes to your placed order, of if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or shipping address, it is your sole responsibility to contact our customer service immediately to correct them.

Pricing policy and charges
Prices are shown in Euro. All prices displayed in our online shop include value added tax (VAT) and shipping fees.

When paying with PayPal, RAINBOWJUMP Lda reserves the right to check the validity of the card or PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. We reserve the right to deny any purchase.

Delivery and Shipping
Give the address where you would like your items to be delivered at "Delivery/Shipping information - Change address". If you have already added items to your cart they will not disappear if you change your shipping destination. The shipping address can still be changed until you click on the "confirm order" button. Please note that the duration to delivery can be different depending on the location you would like your items to be shipped to (Portugal continental, Madeira, Azores).

RAINBOWJUMP will dispatch the approved orders on the next work days. The order will be sent by registered mail (delivery-registered). Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Normally 2 to 3 working days from the time of placing the order (Portugal Continental), 3 to 7 if Madeira and Azores, though the latest within the next 30 days from order date.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the products not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge. The consumer will receive the sum paid as quickly as possible.

Right of return/cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, according to the Portuguese law. This means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return shipping fees. We trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED WITH EVERYTHING intact.

If you would like to exchange the same item for a different colour or size, you can do so acting the same way as in the return/cancelation. The new item must be the same price or lower. If it is lower, you will receive the difference within 30 days.


Competence for the settlement of consumer litigations

In case of consumption litigation, as defined according to Law n. 144/2015, of September 8, the consumer may apply to the proper body with competence for the alternative solution of consumption litigations.
